Shipments to APO/FPO addresses commonly reach their destinations within 1-7 business days. Customers can enjoy complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $199 (pre-tax and post-discount).

Express orders shipped within the United States typically reach their destination within 2 to 3 business days from the purchase date. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
✍️ Signature Required
For purchases totaling $500 or more, a signature from an adult is necessary to ensure delivery.
Additionally, customers have the option to track their packages in real-time using FedEx advanced tracking system, providing peace of mind throughout the delivery process. Should any issues arise during transit, FedEx dedicated customer service team is available to assist and resolve any concerns promptly. What is the cut off time for an order to be shipped the same day?
The order has to be placed in the system before 1:00 PM (EST). To leave our warehouse and be sent to the shipping facility.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship next Business day (M-F) excluding Wednesdays and holidays that the shipping may change.
Do you offer free shipping to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii with options of Ground or Express.
Can I upgrade to expedited shipping even if I qualify for free shipping?
You can opt for expedited shipping by being a member of concierge and paying an additional fee. However, if you are a member of our concierge+ service, you will receive one free expedited shipping per year and enjoy discounted rates on other expedited shipping fees year round.

What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your package is delayed, the first step is to contact FedEx to inquire about the delivery time. If they are unable to provide information about your package, please obtain the customer ID of the representative you spoke with. Feel free to email or call us with this information, and we will assist you in tracking / obtaining your package promptly.
Do you offer in-store pickup as an alternative to shipping?
Certainly, we do have a physical store. To visit us, simply include our address when placing your order. Once everything is ready, we will contact you, and you can choose a convenient time and day to come by.

Yes, you have the flexibility to modify your shipping speed from standard ground to express shipping or vice versa. Please note that a shipping charge, along with an administrative fee of $40, will be applied for this adjustment.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us due to reasons like no eligible recipient, refusal, or any other cause, here's what happens:
- We must wait for the package to reach us.
- If the customer prefers, we can issue a refund after deducting any initial shipping charges.
- Alternatively, we can resend the package, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs, even if they originally qualified for free shipping.
