Returns & Exchanges Policy

At El Rodeo Western Boutique, we aim to provide transparency and fairness in how returns, exchanges, and defect claims are handled. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting a request.


Return & Exchange Timeframe

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may be denied.


Returns (Refunds)

Returns are defined as items sent back for a refund to the original form of payment.

A $30 processing and handling fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, processing, and the prepaid return shipping label provided to the customer, and is deducted from the refund amount.

- A prepaid return label will be provided

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.


Exchanges

Exchanges are defined as items sent back in order to receive a replacement item.

A $30 processing and handling fee applies to all exchanges. This fee covers inspection, processing, and the prepaid return shipping label.

- A prepaid return label will be provided

This fee must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

Replacement items must be of equal or greater value.
If the replacement item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid before processing.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and free of damage

- All original tags, fillers, packaging, and accessories must be included

- Original boot boxes must not be used as the shipping box and must not be taped, labeled, or damaged

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


Approval Requirement

All returns and exchanges must be approved before being shipped back.

Items sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the customer.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

- Any defect or issue must be reported within 3 business days

- Claims submitted after this timeframe may be denied


Non-Refundable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

- Discounted, sale, clearance, or closeout items

- Items marked as Final Sale

- Custom-made or personalized items (unless verified defective)


Manufacturer’s Defects

Refunds or replacements are issued only for verified manufacturer defects.

To qualify:

- Item must be unused with no signs of wear

- All original packaging and contents must be intact

- Defect claims must include requested images for review

- Items must not be returned without prior approval

Not considered defects:

- Natural leather variations (marks, grain, texture)

- Wear, improper fit, or misuse

- Damage from moisture, heat, or improper care


Defect Refund Terms

- No processing or handling fee applies

- Return shipping is covered

- Shipping charges are refundable
