PLEASE NOTE THAT elrodeowesternboutique.com AND elrodeoboots.com OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES

ON MERCHANDIZE AVAILABILITY

We work with several manufacturing companies and work hard to maintain our inventory current with them but sometimes some items are discontinued or required more production time from the manufacturer for that reason:

    1. Some styles may not be in existence and could take from 45 to 90 days for the order to be process.
    1. You will receive an order confirmation by email with availability information.
    1. Some items are discontinued and will require a change in your order or refund.

ON SHIPPING:

1) EVERYDAY SHIPPING – Via UPS Ground

NOTES:

    1. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    1. Hats may only be ordered UPS ground within the continental US.
    1. SHIPPING RATES: U.S. Domestic

Shipping is determined based on the total pretax amount of purchase according to the table below:

    1. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. As soon as your return or exchange is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.

CUSTOMER: If your not happy with the product received please contact Us directly to our Store, we want to provide you with the best service and products that you deserve.

**** All items listed in our CLEARANCE & SALES section are considered “FINAL SALE” items. They will not be able to be returned for exchange or refund.

2) Holiday Shipping:

The dates listed below are UPS Shipping Holidays, no packages will be delivered or picked up from our warehouse on these days. Regular deliveries and pick ups will resume on the next business day Monday-Friday. Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.

    1. November 22nd and 23rd
    1. December 25th
    1. January 1st

3) No Foreign Shipping:

At this time, we cannot accept orders for shipping outside of the United States, nor can we accept payment from a non-U.S. bank and/or billing address. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

3) Weekends and Holidays:

Remember, weekends and holidays are not active shipping days, and due to volume demands, shipping typically slows down during the December holidays and around Mother’s Day (May 10th). Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.

ON RETURNS

1) Returns must be Made Within 15 Days of Delivery

Items may be returned at your discretion within 15 DAYS of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise returned more than 15 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return.

To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be returned in new, unused, and in good condition. The item/s must also have all original packaging/tagging and labels still located on the item/s, and any applicable accessories to ensure full credit.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for original price paid (excluding shipping charges and 15% restocking fee from the original price).

2) Damaged Merchandise

If shipment is damaged in transit save all cartons and/or wrapping, and please notify the delivering carrier and El Rodeo Western Boutique immediately.

Defective Items

Worn or used merchandise that is defective may be returned (subject to prior approval) for exchange or credit. Products that have failed as a result of normal fair wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange
