Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are shipped once payment verification is completed.

Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (West Palm Beach, FL) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery methods at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days (after processing)

• Second Day Shipping: Estimated 2 business days (after processing)

• Third Day Shipping: Estimated 3 business days (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the package has been shipped.

Holiday Shipping Notice (Important)

During peak and holiday shipping seasons, carriers may experience delays beyond their control.

Once an order has been shipped, El Rodeo Western Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, regardless of the shipping method selected — including Second Day or Third Day shipping.

We do not guarantee delivery dates during holiday periods, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
