The Durango Men's Maverick XP Ventilated Soft Toe Work Boot combines full-grain leather with a ventilated shaft for improved airflow during long workdays. Its Briar Brown and Crimson Red design features a saddle vamp, square toe, and 1 1/2-inch rocker heel for a classic work-boot look.
Inside, the air mesh lining, InsulKul™ vamp lining, and Durango® ACS Footbed™ with InsulKul™ help support a cooler, more comfortable feel. The Durango® X-Pand System™ also makes the boot easier to put on, especially for wearers with a higher arch.
Underfoot, a dual-density EVA midsole provides a firmer shock-absorbing heel and a softer forepart for stability and flexibility. A fiberglass shank, rolled shank area, and anti-torsion rigid external shank add support, while the multi-durometer rubber outsole is designed for slip, oil, and heat resistance.
The DDB0479 also meets the ASTM F2413 electrical hazard standard, making it a practical choice for demanding work environments. A storm welt and double and single row sole stitching complete the durable design.
