This business is trash! The boots don’t fit and came damaged! I purchased boots that were over $200, and NO where during purchase did it say “no returns/exchanges on sale items”. Only AFTER purchasing did I receive an email “confirmation of sale” that then says “no refunds/exchanges on sale items”. Had I known this I wouldn’t have purchased from them. The manager refused to acknowledge and told me to send a picture of the bent boot so he could decide if it’s damaged or not, then stopped responding. Save the money and buy from a legitimate business, not these scam artists!
